About Me
My background
40 years in hockey skills training and coaching has rewarded me with a unique gift of being able to specialize in correcting skating stride and puck skills deficiencies, Using a building block approach I am highly effective at breaking skills down and rebuilding them correctly from the base skill. With experience and training from Hockey Canada and the Greater Toronto Hockey League, I have also been blessed to be able to help thousands of students develop to the next level. Having assisted hundreds of coaches as a course instructor for the National Coaches Certification program, I continue to help new coaches learn the most current and effective methods to train their athletes and staff. Hockey truly is a vehicle to learning life skills and it's a great teacher of how to develop motivation and skills to do anything in life you want!
My Support Team
My support team includes Oakville Hockey Academy. A state of the art training facility in Oakville Ontario where I train many athletes from 4-20 yrs old. As a lead instructor working alongside owner Jake DeJulio, I design and teach lessons for the Rising Stars Development League as well as provide private and semi private on ice training for athletes from beginner to adults.
